Wairlady Reviews: Think Twice Before You Buy

We accept order cancellations prior to product manufacture or shipping. The order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full. We are unable to cancel the purchase once the goods have been delivered.

Returns (if appropriate)

We accept product returns. Customers have 14 days after receiving the product to seek a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to process your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the merchant. Customers will only be charged once or less for shipping charges (including returns); no restocking fees will be levied on returns of goods.

Refunds

We will email you a receipt notice once we have received and reviewed your return. We will also notify you whether your refund request was authorised or declined. If your application is accepted, we will process your refund and credit your credit card or other original source of payment within three to twenty days.

We require the air bill number and well-lit photographs of the returned shipment once the customer sends the package. Take a picture of the item before mailing it back for your records. If the consumer hasn’t gotten the desired package after three months, he can contact the seller for assistance. In rare cases, only partial returns are issued (if applicable). The object has been damaged or is missing pieces, neither of which was caused by the vendor, and it is no longer in its original condition.
